Escorted Group Tours

Depending on the type of the tour, our tour groups range in size from 10-20 participants and are escorted by experienced professional tour guides from the host destination who are well versed in the subject matter of the tour- whether it be natural history, botany/horticulture, birds, history or culture. On selected tours, we have chosen professionals, educators or well known experts in their field to lead the tour. In addition, a Calypso Island Tour Rep. will be on hand to supervise and oversee all travel arrangements. In general, there will be at least one tour escort for every 10-15 participants.

In 2008, we are featuring escorted group tours to Thailand and Costa Rica. These special tours are both fun and educational and are geared primarily for those people who have a keen interest in tropical botany, plants and flowers as well as history and culture in general.
